Report rule violations anonymously via our Hohenstein Compliance Line (HCL)
Only by adhering to rules and standards can we prevent harm to our company, our employees and our business partners. We therefore ask that you report any misconduct at an early stage, in particular regarding:
- Fraud, corruption and bribery
- Falsified test reports and certificates
- Data protection and IT security breaches
- Discrimination, harassment and bullying
- Breaches of health and safety at work regulations
- Breaches of human rights or environmental due diligence obligations (Rules of Procedure pursuant to Section 8(2) of the LkSG)
- Any compromise to our independence as an accredited testing and certification body – such as undue influence on test results or certification decisions
- Breaches of compliance guidelines, internal processes or applicable law
The HCL is open to employees and external whistleblowers worldwide. Every report is examined confidentially, fairly and in accordance with the principle of proportionality. Suspected cases are investigated and potential breaches are consistently pursued.
